How to verify us in the HRD Corp training provider list

Your HR or L&D team can confirm both the provider and the programmes without contacting us.

Check the provider, no login needed

  1. Go to hrdcorp.gov.my and open Training Providers, then Usage of HRD Corp Logo.
  2. Under “For verification”, follow “Click here”. HRD Corp’s public Listing of Training Provider opens.
  3. Type TECHNICITY in the search box and press Search.
  4. One record appears: TECHNICITY SDN BHD.

Check the programmes, with your employer’s eTRiS login

  1. Log in to eTRiS with your company’s employer account.
  2. Start a grant application and select TECHNICITY SDN BHD as the training provider.
  3. The programme list shows the registered course titles. Match the Training Programme No. against the numbers on this page and on the quotation we send you. The titles on our quotation match the registered titles word for word.
The grant, in HRD Corp’s own terms

How the claim works

  1. We send the documents HRD Corp asks for. Quotation, training schedule with course content, and trainer profile. HRD Corp’s claimable-courses page lists these three as the documents required for the grant application.
  2. Your HR submits the grant application in eTRiS before the training date. For in-house training, HRD Corp requires the application at least 14 calendar days before training starts, and the training must begin within 90 days after that period.
  3. Training runs. Attendance and the course materials are kept for HRD Corp’s records.
  4. Your company submits the claim within six months of the training’s completion date, as HRD Corp’s page states.

We walk your HR through the grant application. What HRD Corp reimburses is decided by HRD Corp under your company’s levy account, and we do not quote amounts for it.

Before the quotation

Is this HRDF claimable?

Yes, under the current name. HRD Corp states on its own site that in April 2021 HRDF became the Human Resource Development Corporation, HRD Corp. The three programmes above are registered under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses scheme, and levy-registered employers claim them through eTRiS as before.

How do I find Technicity in the HRD Corp training provider list?

Search TECHNICITY in HRD Corp’s public Listing of Training Provider, reached from the “For verification” link on the Usage of HRD Corp Logo page. The record reads TECHNICITY SDN BHD. The steps are written out above.

Which scheme are the courses registered under?

HRD Corp Claimable Courses, the scheme HRD Corp’s registration receipt names as SBL-Khas. Each programme carries its own Training Programme No., which is the number your HR quotes in the grant application.

Can we run it in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Japanese?

The registered language is English. Sessions can be delivered bilingually with English materials; tell us the room’s language when you request a quotation.
